Being an International Student in Turkey

We would like to proudly let you know about an upcoming event where EURAS will be one of the main supporters. The International Symposium on Being an International Student in Turkey will be held at Istanbul Aydin University, Turkey on 29-30 November: Symposium Official Website

The four major fields that will be covered during the symposium are:

  • From past to present: Mobility of international students in Turkey
  • The social service problems of international students in Turkey
  • The social adaptation problems of international students in Turkey
  • The problems on language learning of international students in Turkey

Under the four major themes listed above there will be a really wide range of  topics to be reviewed within the symposium that are from international student recruitment, participation of international students at social event to perception of Turkish society on international students and employability, work permit process of international graduates. Thereof the symposium is definitely promising a great content with quantity and variety.

The deadline for the submissions is announced as 30th of October, papers will be accepted both in Turkish and in English and the accepted ones will be declared on 6th of November.
