Eurasian Universities Union (EURAS) which has ongoing international efforts and creating role models with more than 80 members since 2011 in the field of higher education in Eurasian Region organized a conference on “Transnational Education and Cultural Effects” in cooperation with American University in Emirates, attended by approximately 30 Presidents, Rectors, Vice-Rectors and delegates from the Eurasian region on May 5th, 2014 in Dubai. New trends and examples were discussed in the transnational education in higher education.
