EURAS Member University, Tashkent Chemical-Technological Institute, Uzbekistan and their partner university Integral University, Lucknow, India in collaboration with each other (by the department of Bio-engineering) organizing “INDO-UZBEK MEET & International Conference on Trends & Innovations in Food Technology from Farm to Fork TIFT-2022 on 24th-25th November, 2022 at Integral University – Lucknow, India”.
With the growing world population, enough effort and innovation is required to sustainably increase agricultural production, food processing, improve the global food supply chain, decrease food losses and waste, and ensure that all have access to nutritious food. During recent years, newer challenges such as globalization of trade in food, urbanization, changes in lifestyle, international travel, environmental pollution, deliberate adulteration, natural and man-made disasters have arisen which need to ensure food safety and quality. Both education and training are needed for this purpose.
Theme of the conference:
“Serving Present to secure the Future” will discuss challenges for achieving the better prospects in food processing while serving the present generation for achieving a better future for sustainable development. Apart from harping upon the challenges and opportunities in food processing, the latest technological developments in the food industry, in terms of quality control, packaging, value addition will be discussed in length.
