EURAS was proud to organize “EURIE Training in Romania” which was hosted by our prestigious member Dimitrie Cantemir Christian University, in Romania on “Dual Aspects of Internationalization Across Borders and at Home” on November 3, 2017.
The content of the training was on Professional Development Module for academic and administrative staff of Higher Education institutions involved in International Education, and our objective was to update our knowledge of internationalization of higher education, its different aspects, and instruments, to share ideas, experiences and best practices with peers, identify instruments that work effectively at your own institution.
Some of the topics covered during EURIE Training in Romania were definition, benefits, and dimensions of internationalization of higher education, the mobility of students, teaching staff and researchers, internationalization of the curriculum, internationalizing the campus.
