Speaker Bio
Head of Dept.of Economics and Finance, Director of Africa and China Study Centers, Istanbul Aydın University. He obtained his Masters and PhD degrees from University of London, SOAS. Published on Development Economics, Central Bank Independence, Economies of Africa, China and Turkey. His work translated into Korean, Chinese, Greek, Spanish, Portuguese and Turkish.

Bio-economic crisis will lead to fundamental changes in our life by having profound impact on globalization, poverty and environmental arrangements. We refer to global power game, role of international institutions and dynamics of technological revolution. We try to answer the question, “whether the world governance structures will continue business as usual”.
