While we have been expecting changes in higher education in the U.S., COVID-19 has been a catalyst for the change to occur much earlier than anticipated. Whether it is the move to virtual instruction or move to virtual operations, higher education will significantly change in the US and across the world sooner than later. This session will explore the new trends in higher education and the impact of COVID19 on higher education institutions’ strategic planning.
